Vincinte, Noe, Orlando & Fransica
Meet some more of the children and people we are reaching out to with the Gospel.
Vincinte is Romero's little brother
And like him you'll find no other.
He's such a little thing
But money to his family he does bring.
The Bible stories he loves to hear
and sings without any signs of fear.
He's excited to think of Christmas coming again this year.
He's confident he won't have to shed a tear.
He's learned we will be here.
To this little boy it means so much.
If we his heart can only touch.
He will not always be this size
Where he wants to come and win a prize.
He soon will grow into a man
And for his life God has a plan.
Noe is the boy we called Noel for a year
And he didn't correct us for fear.
At our class he was always there.
He wona prize and was more than fair.
The little car to his brother Alex he did give
Even tho' for cars he does live.
It was such a sweet thing to do
When he had so few.
It broke my heart that day.
What can I say?
To see such love among ones so small
It was easy for the tears to fall.
When we who have so much
say,"Don't you dare my precios things touch!"
We came here to teach them-
But there is so much we can learn from them, Friend.
Noe held a special place in our heart
from the start.
Now we see him more than once each week
When we go to his family's home for Bible Study and speak.
He knows how much we care
And we hope with him God's love to share.
"Orlando" By: Connie Arnett
Orlando loves God with all his heart
This was plain to see from the start.
He loves the guitar to play
And is happy if we stay all day.
He loves to get together and sing
And on his face you can see the joy it does bring.
He is lacking just one thing
It's believing in God's Spirit-
That we so desperatly cling.
He does not understand
This speaking in tongues thing.
We told him it was the greatest gift he could receive
If he could only believe.
That God would give him power
When his problems begin to tower.
That it would give him hope
When he couldn't cope.
It's a special blessing in your life
When this world is filled with so much strife.
He did not understand
But God can fill him
I know He can.
He knows how to pray.
Pray God will fill him today.
" Fransica" By: Connie Arnett
She is there every week
She helps in class order to keep.
She has two or three children of her own
And she is already grown.
She's as eager to be there as the rest
And always listens and does her best.
One week a man said," What are you doing here on this sidewalk?"
Boy, you should have heard her talk-
We're here learning about God!
And off he trod.
She loves to sing
And help with everything.
Fransica is a special gal
A true friend and pal.
A kid she may not be
But she's happy to be in our class you can see.
